   We need to be able to search by partial call numbers, like we could in Encore. The very specific search allowed in Vega is not very useful.

   Yes, this is critical. Every day patrons ask us where to find items and show us the routing code as if it is a call number. This is very confusing for patrons.

    This "shortcut" is very important in as my library has patrons who when they need an item right away and our library doesn't have it on shelf they want to see all the local libraries that have the item on shelf so they can drive and get it the same day. In Encore they we were able to search all libraries in our county with just one click which made for better customer service.
