Electronic invoicing with EBSCO
Electronic invoicing has been available with EBSCO through Innovative for years. This is a big set back not having this feature with Polaris.

Agree, this has made our Serials substantially harder since we migrated to Polaris from Sierra 2 years ago.
We do not use subscription records with Polaris, because that was going to be too much manual work. If EDI was enabled with EBSCO, we may reconsider that.
We critically need electronic invoices from EBSCO. We would very much like to have a way to encumber those funds as well, without having to create manual POs each year. -

Can the supporters for this idea provide more details around the use cases? Is this primarily for serials/journals you are subscribed to via EBSCO? Are you using subscription records in Polaris? Or just looking to get an invoice automatically generated with the total amount?

They just added it to our previous ILS when we switched to Polaris back in 2011. It sure would be a time saver.
We use EBSCO for our the majority of our serials and use subscription records & create a po to encumber the funds. Then we'll invoice the titles as we can once a title/issue is received, but you are receiving manually title by title instead of like a regular firm order done via EDI.
