Blocking fines for institutional cards
Each library often has several institutional library cards and our consortium also has institutional cards to use for our statewide ILL system. It would be nice if there was a way when creating and managing institution cards to be able to block them from having fines (overdues, specifically) applied to them as these cards would only be used by the library and our consortium policy does ask us to not waive other library's fines.

You should be able to set the fine rate for the institutional card to zero: https://documentation.iii.com/polaris/7.7/Default.htm#PolarisStaffHelp/Patron_Services_Admin/PDPfines/Setting_Fine_Amounts.htm
