Arrange Saved Notice jobs
by Kathy Setter Although we can sort by columns. in the saved notice jobs there is no way to rearrange them into a preferred order without being creative in naming the jobs (numbering, adding letters, etc). I would like to be able to move the lines to arrange them in the order most useful for staff. In other places you can right click and move up or move down, and that's what I would like to do here.

This would be great - even if I try to rename them and file alphabetically, they will not. I was just told that there was no order to these rows (and like most large library systems, we have over 80 rows that staff have to sort each time they want to print a notice).

Yes, please! We submitted a similar enhancement in the Idea Lab. We manage notices at the system level for several of our member libraries. To do this, our login displays all notice jobs for all 53 libraries. If we could preserve a sort order or arrange them in the order we need, it would save us much more time running these notices daily.

I agree. For those of us in a consortium and for notice administrators this would be very helpful. Sorting works OK but not all of our members follow our instructions for naming conventions and so that makes it difficult when you have to help someone because something isn't working properly. In addition, several of our notice jobs are run by notice administrator centrally for everyone and it would be great if we could "Pin" those jobs to the top of the list, saving some extra clicks.
