Show Sierra patron messages in Vega
We would like the Sierra pop-up messages to show in the patron account in Vega. We use these messages to communicate with customers. As much of our services are now self-service, we need a way to communicate with them as they don't come to the desk.

Please - we had this in Encore and Webpac and developed many workflows around the ability to communicate to our library users via the patron messages in Sierra. We will need to start calling/emailing library users to notify them of various things, and that really is a step backwards for us.

This should be optional. We do not display Sierra messages to our patrons. They are for staff use only.

I think this should be optional for each system. Some messages are geared at staff to relay to the patron, not have the patron see it.
