Display Note for 856 links instead of full link

Displaying the note rather than the links for this field allows patrons to access materials belonging to their library, rather than blindly clicking and hoping they have access. This is crucial in a consortium where there could be 10 or more links on a bib, no patron is clicking 10 times to see if they can access something, causing frustration and underutilization of materials.

Patrons should not be impeded when searching for information in our catalog. Let's make it as easy as possible, without this barrier to translate their library's URL links.

Patrons need access to our unique e resources and the current display is unclear – this creates a roadblock for patrons wishing to access our resources through the Discover catalog. The URL links are not patron friendly, particularly when they cannot discern which one to click or find their library.

Our patrons are not able to access individual items through the url links, because it's not apparent which link to click for their library.

We are relying on these links to point member library access to seperate accounts for eresources. It is critical that patrons can identify their library within multiple urls - without text in place that becomes difficult. The URL does not always carry the actual recognizable name for a library. In our consortia of 5 counties with. Sometimes the counties purchase as a group, but sometimes not- the only way we can introduce consistency is to show each unique library name, with a link underneath.
When I dream about how this should really work...
If a patron's ptype matches the library who proovides access to an electronic resource, then the record may be displayed in the results with the appropriate URL. If it that ptype does not find an accessible resource, it doesnt show. Until then, please let us make custom text for the urls in the 856 -

In a consortium, we have several resources where different links are intended for different patron types for accessing electronic resources. The link text often does not make it clear which link to use, making it frustrating for our users to connect to the appropriate link and authenticate for the resources they should have access to. Our notes make it clear which links will grant access for each patron, and we would like these to display to our users.
I've included a screenshot of one of our entries.

The display is not very friendly as it is, particularly if you have 2 links associated with one resource. Ideally, the $z text should display. If two links are present, it would be great if there was some space between them.
