Default to displaying list content by newest first
When a patron goes into a list of bookmarks, the default sort order is oldest first. I would prefer it if the resources I just added appear at the top of the list without having to scroll or re-sort.

856 and Overdrive records
When an 856 is in an Overdrive record, it converts to a resource entity in Polaris during the integration process. However, a library can certainly add their own 856 to the bib record after the fact (that will say something along the lines of “Click here to check out this title on the Overdrive site!”).
A library added their own 856 tags, which caused an issue within Vega. When they are removed, the "GET IT" button shows; however, when they are in the MARC record, not only does the "Check Availability" button show instead of "GET ITEM", but the 856…

library information specific to collection site the patron is currently on
Right now, when you click on the library info icon in the top right, it seems to default to whichever library we have most recently been editing on the admin interface. It should default to the library site that you are actually on. as it is, the patron must use the drop down to find their library. I am sure others have made this request.

Integrate Proquest databases into Vega Discover (Searchable)
Please enable ProQuest database customers to seamlessly search their databases within Vega Discover without the need for creating placeholder bib record redirect links. The ultimate objective is to allow patrons to conduct searches for items such as historical newspaper titles and receive relevant search results from our catalog, along with direct links to ProQuest Historical Newspapers databases associated with their search queries.
Third-party databases would also be fantastic but I'm sticking to Clarivate owned products for now.

baker and taylor integration/Boundless
I would really love to see the Baker and Taylor "Boundless" interface refined. Talking to reps from B and T, it appears that the API is currently able to pass credentials, however in Vega you have to log into the B and T site to retrieve items. It would be more seamless and less confusing for patrons to at least authenticate them on the site when checking "get item" from Vega. Eventually, a tight integration like what we have with Overdrive would be awesome.

Report incorrect images link in Vega
It would be nice to have a link in Vega Discover to report incorrect images and have a status note once its been reported so multiple reports are not being submitted for same image. Contact information seems to change often and can get a bit frustrating to get resolved.

Display 856 links in search results view when focused on the applicable format tab
When 856 links exist, display them when the appropriate tab is selected in the roll-up within search results. Currently, the links only display on the format tab after you open the title resource page.

Topics (subject headings) should link to a list that can be refined
When you click on a subject heading that appears under "Topics" on a resource page to find other similar resources, it would be better for the results to display as a search results list so that you can further refine the list.
Staff often start with a particular title, then look for appropriate subjects to link to other relevant resources for a patron and they would like to be able to apply other filters (particularly Availability and Location but other facets would be useful too) to refine the list of resources.
Currently, when you click on a heading, you are…

If search returns no results, suggest Link+
If a patron searches Vega and gets zero results, can the results page say something like, "Can't find what you're looking for? Try Link+"
See an example from another library's catalog that does this.

Back navigation on showcase carousels
After selecting a showcase image on a carousel to read more and then selecting the back button when you are reading it would be nice to go back to the carousel rather than the home page.

Automated Best Sellers Club/Favorites Holds
Allow patrons to automate holds for new releases from their favorite authors. Patrons should be able to select their favorite authors to be automatically placed on hold for new releases or acquisitions from that author. Vega discover could also provide statistics on which authors have the most holds, allowing libraries the ability to improve purchasing for popular authors. This would provide an improved solution to a popular program offered by many libraries.

Ability to assign or group target ages into a specific age group facet w/o manipulating records
We'd like to have ability to change the mapping of the Audn: Target audience (BKS, COM, REC, SCO, VIS: 008/22; 006/05) to a specific age group facet. For example, many catalog records have a blank assigned for target audience. Search results will include these records but they fall out when the "general" facet is selected. We do not want to manipulate these records to "g" when [blank] is a valid option. Also, we'd like the ability to group the target audience a (preschool), b (primary), and c (pre-adolescent) under j (juvenile) without manipulating the catalog records in our database.

Allow Vega eCommerce to enter minimum amounts that aren't "even"
In Vega eCommerce setup, you have to enter a whole dollar amount as a minimum amount that can be paid online. We require a minimum of $1.01, which is confusing to patrons if we configure this at $1 See screen shot.

Auto-apply facet selections
Currently, you have to select "Apply" for limiting your search with facets. Most websites these days automatically apply filters/facets, making auto-apply something our patrons are used to using.

Select Order of Facets in Refine Panel Display
Allow Libraries to select the order that the facets display in the Refine panel of the search results. Ordering should be allowed at the Main and Site Levels. Main Vega Discover facet order should cascade to the sites unless overridden by a site level configuration.
Some facets are really important to searching and should be ranked higher. For us the format is the most important facet. That may not be true everywhere. Consortia are more concerned with collecection and location, so we need to have the ability to organice the facets as we could in Encore

Show library logo in mobile view
The library logo appears when on a library's collection site on a desktop computer, but on the phone it disappears. It would be nice if the logo could still display on mobile view.
