Filter option - equipment
Add a filter option for patrons to narrow down room options based on what equpment / technology can be used and/or available in the room.
Ex. USB only, or HDMI to a t.v., power outlet, whiteboard, bluetooth, etc.

Consortia: Add County Filter to the Aggregate Calendar View
In addition to the location filters, it would be nice to have the option to filter by County.

Increase Template functionality
Templates currently require you to input data to make a number of different fields active in the template, most of which must be determined through trial and error. It would be great if we could select only the fields that we want to be predetermined to be saved in the template. As an example, I wanted to create a template for our adult spring programs and I ended up filling out description, event date, event location, max bookings, in order to get the 'Booking Opens' and 'Open to Patron Types' fields to save. Make program description character count higher.
Currently, there is a block at 1200 characters for program descriptions. While it's best if program descriptions are smaller, some require more of an explanation. If this limit could be raised or removed, that would be appreciated.

Use the Add Event Date Selector on the Room Booking Screen
When I reserve a space within the Room Bookings option the format for "booking time" is not a drop-down menu. It currently requires us to type the time in a very exact format.
Please can the input for time under the room booking option please be the same format as that of the "Event time" under "add Event"

Improve the Cancelled Booking Template when Cancelled by Staff
The text of the notification seems to say that the patron cancelled a booking, but actually this was cancelled and refunded by our business manager as a staff user in Vega Program. Maybe the template for this notification could be adjusted so it's clearer that a staff member did this refund? (We initially got this and thought a patron had refunded themselves after the date of an event.)

Export Events for Event Cross Promotion with Other Libraries
Allow for a template to be exported so libraries can share the file. Then the other libraries would be able to import the file and make edits. This would also allow for the sharing of events across library systems.

Update Navigation Bar Teacup Icon to Calendar and Clock
Updating the patron-facing navigation bar teacup icon to a calendar and clock would make it clearer for patrons what type of tasks are expected when following the link.
