Having on-order information in the resource display is important for our patrons. When there's a long hold time on an popular item, the information that the library has copies on order and is responsive to their needs goes a long way toward maintaining positive interactions.

We'd really like our patrons to have the ability to update their email address quickly and efficiently in the patron account. With the current set up, patrons can add an email address, but they won't receive notices to this second email. This will cause confusion for our patrons, which we would like to avoid. Allowing the field to be edited, with out adding another field, will help so much.

This would greatly improve the workflow, allowing staff to quickly back out and find the correct record. It would save time for both the staff entering the invoice information and the staff who have to rectify the errors.

Hoopla is a service offered by some of our libraries, but not all. Having these records in the full catalog is confusing and disappointing to patrons who do not have access to the service. The libraries that do offer the service want the items to be findable in their collection sites, as the Vega search increases the visibility of these valuable resources.

Displaying the note rather than the links for this field allows patrons to access materials belonging to their library, rather than blindly clicking and hoping they have access. This is crucial in a consortium where there could be 10 or more links on a bib, no patron is clicking 10 times to see if they can access something, causing frustration and underutilization of materials.

With multiple accounting units in our Consortium, different libraries are ordering items and want to see those orders in their collection sites. Since not all libraries are ordering the same items, we need order specific information in the collection sites.
