Enter supplying library agency code into Polaris request notes and item notes
Please enter the supplying library agency code into INN-Reach request notes, rather than the agency code for the library initially selected to fill the request. It is more useful to have information about the supplying library in the request. If the request notes were updated once a library had actually sent the item, the requesting library would be better able to contact the library if there were any issues with transit, etc.
It would also be helpful to have the supplying library's agency code in a notes field on the temporary item record that is created, so staff doesn't have to take an extra step and look at the request to determine where an item came from.
