Display actual status on Notice Activity Log page
Currently, the Notice Activity log only displays delivered or bounced and you have to click into the patron information to see what stage the notice is at. Instead of just delivered also indicate opened or clicked.

Remove the clutter and prioritize the view
LX starter provides more notice templates than any libray likely uses.
At the Super Admin view, you should be able to supress view access to sites for all templates that are not supported by loan rules and or local polices.
At the site Admin the same should be available - the site admin should be able to suppress the menu items that are not relevant
All staff should be ablet to organize their own menu view of templates, or default to the edit date.

Allow for multiple "audiences" so that we can use different language when communicating with different patron types.
Our library uses different language when communicating with faculty versus students, and we would like the functionality to break up the audience into groups based on patron type. Ideally, we would then be able to have notices that are specific to each audience group.

Activity Log Sorting
This is a very minor cosmetic request, but I'd appreciate it if the 'Show x per page' drop down in the Notice Activity Logs could appear at the top of the page instead of or in addition to the bottom.
We have enough bounced messages daily that we inevitably have to select 'show 50 per page' or 'show 100 per page,' & it would be nice to not have to first scroll to the bottom of the page to set that view option.

2 Factor Authentication for LX Starter
Users with Super Admin or Consortium Super Admin roles will have the option to enable 2 factor authentication for all users or no users.
When 2 factor authentication is enabled, it will require all users to go through an additional security step in order to login (for example: entering a code sent to the user's email address).

Mask all patron barcodes throughout LX Starter.
Only Super Admin, Admin, and Consortium level user roles can unmask the barcode while viewing a patron record.
For all other roles barcode will remain masked and there will be no way to unmask it.

Add Merge Tag to show sample of how hold is filed on shelf
For enhanced privacy, we have configured Polaris Hold Tag to file patron holds under 2 characters of last name, first initial(s) and then last 4 digits of barcode number. We would love to have a merge tag that can pull in the "Hold Tag" template from Polaris that we can title "Filed Under" so patrons will know in advance what information they will need to locate their hold on our shelf.

Copy notice templates between libraries
It would be really helpful to be able to copy notice templates between libraries in a consortium environment or between branches within a library. In our consortium, libraries use a basic template with agreed upon text created at the consortium level. I have to recreate that same template multiple times for each library jurisdiction to customize, which is time-consuming and fraught with potential human errors. It would also save a lot of workload when a customized a template could be shared amongst all our members - less reinventing the wheel and more opportunity to learn and benefit from super-users who…

link back to ILS for notice settings not included in LXStarter
Something in LXStarter that might direct staff back to the ILS to troubleshoot or update things not handled directly by LXStarter... for instance the Notices function in Sierra, that determines which notices the ILS will queue up/run.
Just as a prompt to ensure staff adding or updating notices will know to check that system function during troubleshooting before escalating and sending in a support ticket.
Like a pop when you publish a notice... Check ILS Notices to ensure this notice is Enabled and Scheduled.

Better invite for staff that is customizable by customer
Particularly important to consortia who have many staff to onboard...
It would be great to customize the staff login welcome with links to documentation, local contacts and urls.

Use the same patron record field for email address(es) as defined in Admin Corner
Since Sierra permits libraries to define an alternative variable-length field tag to reference for the patron email address – see attached Admin Corner screenshot – LX Starter should either follow the same customization or at least permit its redundant definition in the LX Starter configuration.
As much as we would like to switich to LX Starter for notices, we cannot move forward until the product supports this same customization.
To be clear, we DO still store conventional patron email addresses in the z - Email field, but if the patron also/instead wishes to receive SMS notices via an SMS-as-email service,…

More granular permissions
Separate the permission out that allows staff to change the timing of notices in a consortium, as this should be set at the system level and remain consistent system-wide. Staff should be able to design and manage notices without needing this permission.

Add item cost in overdue notices for Sierra
Once Sierra delivers the item cost in overdues, LX Starter will be able to include individual item cost in overdue notices.

Social Media Icons
A few suggestions:
1) Allow customizable colors using the swatch in 'Icon Type' so we can better match our theme
2) Remove the Tinder icon
3) Add a Podcast icon3 votes -
notice scheduling
Currently, the notices for Current Checked Out Items allows for daily or weekly scheduling, but it would be handy to have the ability to set this at a longer time frame such as monthly, quarterly or by semester as most of our materials check out for much longer periods of time (16 weeks or longer generally), and some users find the weekly reminders tedious.
Either the option to set the automated notices to a longer time period, or the ability for patrons to choose a longer reminder period (opt in to weekly, monthly, etc notice) would be very helpful.
