Make the trackback links in the notices not look like spam
Right now the links in the notices look like this - which is something I would never click on and I suspect our patrons feel the same. Please make the URL not look like a fake link.

Patron choice for full account visibility with each notice sent
We have received feedback from patrons regarding post-introduction of LX Starter, and one common complaint is that the new emails do not display the complete details of all items currently checked out on their account. While this change appeared logical to most patrons, as they only receive notifications for items requiring action, some individuals are still dissatisfied that we no longer send the full account information with each notification. Include a Sandbox or Testing option for editing template designs
Include a Save As option, or some kind of sandbox/testing area in Template Design so users can play around with the notice design and save different versions before publishing.

Include Individual Plus Total Costs in Bills
The bill currently shows the total amount owed (sum). They should also display the individual item costs included in the bill.
Make it an option to also include the item cost in the overdue notice as well (incentive to return!).
In our date due slips (JasperSoft) we include the cost of each item and a total cost to show what the patron saved by using the library vs. buying.

Add "Reason", "Additional Info", and "Charging Library/Branch" Merge Tags to Manual Bills
Please add essential merge tags—"Reason", "Additional Information", and "Charging Library/Branch"—to the Manual Bill feature in LX Starter for Polaris libraries. These tags are fundamental to our billing processes and are conspicuously absent, impeding our ability to relay comprehensive billing details to patrons as is standard in Polaris' Manual Bill, as per the documentation in Polaris Staff Client Help - Bill a charge manually to a patron account (https://documentation.iii.com/polaris/7.5/Default.htm#PolarisStaffHelp/Patron_Services/PPuseacct/BillChargeManu.htm)

More information added to bounced email notices
Currently, the email notification that is sent to our designated library email box only list the email address of the patron that has the bounced notice. Please add at least the patrons name and barcode. Adding a copy of the entire notice would be better

Design a way to unblock a previously Hard Bounced email address
Once an email address has Hard Bounced, there is no way to unblock it and continue sending notices by email. We have had an example where a patron's email address Hard Bounced, preventing further notices from being sent to it. We have since confirmed that the email address is valid and can receive email but there is no way for us to unblock the address in LX Starter to try to resume sending email notices to the patron.
We have tried putting in a new email address and then re-adding the email address that previously bounced and LX Starter still…

Offer sorting options for Notice Activity Logs
Currently, it seems the Notice Activity Logs page can only be sorted by the Time Sent column. I would like the ability to sort by any of these columns, especially patron name or barcode. This would allow us to see all of this type of notice that was sent to a particular patron when they report problems receiving LX Starter notices.

Add text before the patron's name - depending on their patron type.
We would like to have the ability to add text before the patron's name - depending on their patron type. Right now we use Putty path AASOC #072 to call a message for our children's cards that reads " To the parent or guardian of", we would like that same functionality in LX starter.

Have an option to NOT automatically update notice preference when an email hard bounces
Default contact method:
Have an option to NOT automatically update notice preference when an email hard bounces.We have many patrons that have the notice preference type for text message but also receive emails. If their email bounces and the notice preference type is changed, they will no longer receive the text messages they signed up for.
OR
Have an option to only change the default notice type if it is already set to email.

Add the ability to edit dark mode for notices
LX Starter is a massive improvement over our traditional Polaris notification emails, but the one piece we are running into is our library's branding colors become quite distorted in dark mode. With our website we have control over this and we would like the ability to do the same with LX Starter since it seems common place on mobile devices.
