Using design blocks helped with initial setup but we did have to set the font values for each block. When new blocks are created, these values will need set again. Adding a section to manage the "Global Font" would be really helpful.

I like the idea of being able to push design blocks to related notices, but I don't think the notices know what design block was used. I do like having design blocks that are not touching related notices for editing and what not, so please don't change that separation. It is not too difficult to go and edit each notice, it would just save time if we could push the design block to related notices.
Note: I do have a design block that contains text for each notice, and I add the block and erase the non-relevant text for the notice. This helped me not have to have 6+ different design blocks just because the text was different.

I agree with the comments above. Leap offline is not a reliable solution for our library. We need a better way to work offline without risking our transactions.

We need to exclude locations by default and instead drive visitors to a collection site specifically branded for the material at that location.

We actually added an endpoint to support this integration in Polaris 7.6 (BibsPost). We've been working with BTCat to consume the endpoint in their application.
I'm going to set this to "Planned" for now because the integration is not live with BTCat yet. But the development piece required for Polaris has been done. Please let BTCat know you are interested!!

I completely agree with the idea of integrating BTCat and Polaris. The ability to “push” records from BTCat directly into Polaris would greatly streamline the cataloging process for libraries. It would eliminate the need for manual export/import of records and make the transition away from the Polaris desktop client much smoother. This integration would be a valuable addition for libraries and would improve their efficiency in managing bibliographic records.

Our trust in the reports has always been low due to these very reasons. Improving these resources is a must. We end up writing our own with slight modification to fix the output based on testing for accuracy. Please fix these resources.

This is really important at the start of going live with LX Starter to help clean up records that may have not been well kept from a Polaris notice perspective.

I wholeheartedly support this idea. The lack of visual customization options on the Leap login screen has indeed been a source of confusion for our staff. While it's true that the responsibility lies with the user to follow directions, we must also acknowledge that visual cues play a significant role in user experience.
The ability to add our library's logo and a full-screen cover image would not only enhance the aesthetic appeal of the Leap interface but also provide a clear indication to our staff that they are accessing our library's Leap login, not someone else's. This would undoubtedly reduce the number of access issues reported by our staff.
