Don't Change Last Activity Date on Bulk Waiving of Fines
Create an option on the Bulk Waive workform that indicates if you want the Last Activity Date to update with the waive. We work with a 3rd party vendor that looks to this date to track our "Active" users. When we do a mass cleanup of fines it is skewing those numbers. It also puts off the removal of these older accounts because of our settings for when to delete an inactive patron.

This is a bug, not an enhancement. The bulk waive feature should not be updating last activity dates for patrons. If you have open support tickets, please reference POL-19726.
I'm closing this enhancement request. The bug is already fixed in Polaris 7.7.

Bulk waiving, waiving in general, should not be considered a customer action.

We also find this skews our reporting.

We use last activity date for many reports. Bulk waiving of fines would skew many of them.
