Add the ability to search for room bookings by date range (a week, two week, custom dates selected).

Show Library Events in TV Mode (Digital Signage)
Enhance the TV mode so the title of library events displays on the combined view of room bookings and library events.
For privacy, patron room bookings have the option to show or hide their booking name.

Modify Registration Language
It would be helpful to be able to customize the language for each event under the "registration" heading. The language that is automatically placed there does not apply or provide detailed enough registration information for some of our events.

UI Text Changes Should be Applied to All Instances
I found another area where bookings is used rather than registration (see below). I have already changed the UI language options I have control over to registration, register, etc from bookings. I am not sure where this is pulling from, but we do not use the word bookings.

Provide an option to not allow patrons with expired library cards to register for programs limited only to residents
Currently patrons with expired library cards cannot be blocked from registering for an event, even if that event is set to only be open to residents. Our cards expire every 3 years, at which point a resident needs to provide proof of residency to show they still reside in our service area. Without this option patrons could move to a neighboring district but continue to attend programs here that are intended only for residents.

Use the Add Event Date Selector on the Room Booking Screen
When I reserve a space within the Room Bookings option the format for "booking time" is not a drop-down menu. It currently requires us to type the time in a very exact format.
Please can the input for time under the room booking option please be the same format as that of the "Event time" under "add Event"

Brochure Picture Placement
When creating a brochure it looks like a photo from one of the programs populates into the brochure, but the placement is all over the place meaning it is not consistent from page to page or each time you create a brochure. One time it may be with one of the programs on the left column and others it will be in the center.
We'd like to customize which images appear or choose to remove all the images.

Recurring Multi-Session Events
We have two sessions (one at 10:30am and the other at 11:30am) of Storytime every other Tuesday. We'd like patrons to only register for one session on any given Tuesday, but have the ability to swap which session they want between weeks. We can do this by cloning a two-session event, but we'd have to create a lot of clones. If there was a way to set multiple sessions and use the recurring option, that would be great.

Add a Created By Field when Creating an Event
Frequently, there is a difference between the person who actually creates the event in Program and the Contact Person's email address which is a required field. The contact person might not even be associated with the library at all.
It would be ever so helpful if a new created by field and the contact person's email address were a field that could have a free edit and a dropdown of all the staff account email addresses.
Also, staff does not need a reminder about their event, since they are scheduled to do it as part of their workday. It would…

Delete or Archive Staff Accounts
Other than just unchecking the Enabled box for a staff account that's no longer needed, there should be a way for the administrator to remove/suppress a disabled staff account from view. This would keep the admin level clean with only the current content.

Export Events for Event Cross Promotion with Other Libraries
Allow for a template to be exported so libraries can share the file. Then the other libraries would be able to import the file and make edits. This would also allow for the sharing of events across library systems.

Impersonate Mode Can be Used Without the Patron Using the System Previously
Impersonate does not work until the patron has used the system previously - so if you have a patron calling on the phone to register for the first time, you still need to start with the "add booking" box, even though that bypasses the eligibility rules. Some useful functionality improvements would be for impersonate mode not to utilize cached data (so it could be used immediately).

Add Confirmation Step Before Deleting a Registration
One of our staff members accidentally deleted a session that had registrations attached to it. A warning before deleting is preferred, or a way to restore the deleted registration.

Filter option - equipment
Add a filter option for patrons to narrow down room options based on what equpment / technology can be used and/or available in the room.
Ex. USB only, or HDMI to a t.v., power outlet, whiteboard, bluetooth, etc.

Send More Notifications When a Patron is Signed up for Multiple Sessions
We've noticed that patrons that are signed up for classes where they need to attend multiple sessions (like for example a defensive driving class that meets on two successive nights) are getting email reminders that only mention one date. Is there a way to adjust the templating for these notifications so it includes all dates they are registered to attend?

Improve the Cancelled Booking Template when Cancelled by Staff
The text of the notification seems to say that the patron cancelled a booking, but actually this was cancelled and refunded by our business manager as a staff user in Vega Program. Maybe the template for this notification could be adjusted so it's clearer that a staff member did this refund? (We initially got this and thought a patron had refunded themselves after the date of an event.)

Favourite Room Selections
Allow staff to save certain rooms as "favourites" associated with their login.
This would mean that all searches show results for just the rooms they have saved as Favourites unless they change the search parameters.e.g. Branch staff would typically book programs at rooms within their location only, so they could save room at their branch as their favourites. Staff working with venue rentals would only be looking at 3 of the 27 bookable spaces most of the time, so they could list those 3 spaces as their favourites.

Add a Toggle for the Age Registration Field
We need to put the age restriction in for adult programs - the issue lies in asking adults for their age when they are registering. We would require age upon registration for Children and Teen programs mostly, but not often (if ever) for adults. Is it possible to have a toggle for the Age Restriction field to ask for age or not?

Add a Way to Turn Off or Hide the Cost Field
We don't charge for events and the UX doesn't apply to all places cost is used. Could another UI Text field be added or add a global setting to hide all mentions of cose?
