We are hearing more and more that patrons miss the valuable content included in our bibligraphic records. I think we do a disservice and underestimate patrons to think they mostly aren't using this so it is irrellevant. If the specifics matter, like the actor in a film, or the title in an anthology, the user expects that our records, which have always carried this level of detail, to be a resource.
The record should expand to meet this moment - it doesnt need to be viewable, within the summary or edition view, but a "read more" should be available to expand the view to reveal the full content of the Record.

Yes, Please - It would be great to have the ability to produce multiple drafts of notices. Having a publish and expire date for these would allow staff to build ahead versions that align with upcoming program events or seasonal elements.

You have to just about be a library professional, work closely with call numbers or be clairvoyant to peg a perfect match on a call number in our system. A wildcard would resolve that issue, allowing patrons to make use of the call number search.

Innovative's mobile product should better embrace their flagship discovery platform. Using mobile is a step back without that. We are actively engaging staff to promote Vega Discover's features.

Our consortia shares loan rules, so across the system we have loan rules that support a single Overdue followed by a bill. We are not using overdue 2-6, yet they are a part of the menu, creating clutter for one thing, but they also seem to have to be populated. This is not an efficient approach.
Other notice options exist that we simply dont use, mostly because they really aren't consortia friendly, so it would be good to remove them from view

Yes- Our Kiosks need to be quick access points free of any road blocks for accessing collection information.

An obvious path to providing acceess to critical service elements (like registration) is an important element to making processes simpler. Put the button where they need it.

I get more complaints about this than anything else. I know I have commented before, but patrons are frustrated that they cannot find details about an edition, like contributors or the subjects and genres.
