I agree with previous comments. Adding a damaged transition process is a logical workflow that will match lost and missing statuses. This will help route all item records through the same removal process and prevent any records from being lost in the system.

Our customers have asked for the ability to suspend a hold to a future date rather than "Freeze" and "unfreeze". They don't want to check back after vacation to unfreeze all their holds, they just want to choose a future date.
