    This situation just happened where a heavy program attendee got a new library card. She was unable to access any of her hold reservations and had to call to access her old library card number. It would be helpful if Program were able to access the patron record number or use email only as the log in for Program.

    I agree with previous comments. Adding a damaged transition process is a logical workflow that will match lost and missing statuses. This will help route all item records through the same removal process and prevent any records from being lost in the system.
