    Preserving the existing sort order for attached items in Sierra would resolve the problem we are experiencing with weekly magazines. Currently, these items, which use a calendar date in the volume field, are not sorting logically, hindering patrons' ability to find specific issues.

    Currently, staff face challenges when using impersonation mode due to limited search capabilities (email only) and reliance on cached data. Expanding the search to all registration fields and utilizing real-time data would resolve these issues and improve workflow.
