1. Ability to use Level 2 Location Codes separate from locations

   For example blaf - Level 1 is bl = LINC Library Innovation Center, since we're a multi branch we need this in the Locations facet.

   But now for the af = adult fiction, we would like this to be a separate facet like we did in Encore.

2. Allow the hold note field to be used by Vega patrons when requesting a material

   This has a multitude of reasons why this can be helpful. In our case use, patrons let us know in the hold note field that they wish to pick up their materials through the drive through.
