  4. Implement a test checkbox which prevents that event's data from being used on the stats pages. For use when testing events and logging stats and you don't want those test stats to be included in your real stats as it will skew the data.

  5. If the series name field were an admin controlled dropdown list, staff could consistently select/name events as appropriate. No added keystroking and risk for creating incorrect series names. If it could be a multi-select dropdown list, it would also allow us to make an event part of more than one series when needed. Not sure how this would be handled on the public view. Maybe a quick display of matching series names with say 5 to 10 events for each series, allow the user to explore more in that series?

  6. This workflow is exclusively for electronic locks integrated with the Vega Program. While standard study room bookings remain unaffected, for conference room reservations, we propose delaying PIN generation until after staff has confirmed the booking. All conference room requests must undergo staff review and approval, ensuring that a PIN is not immediately issued to the patron or group requesting the space.

  7. Have an event 'RECUR AT interval' across multiple days, all day, during hours of operation. Currently, when scheduling an event to RECUR AT interval you cannot choose a)multiple times, or b) a beginning and ending time when the hours of operation do not match.

    For example - we want to hold a 3 day event at a location where the hours of operation are:
    Day 1 - 9am - 6pm
    Day 2 - 1pm - 6pm
    Day 3 - 9am - 1pm

  8. When you go to edit an event/program entry the name of the partner image no longer shows. Instead the text displayed in the box says "No File Chosen." The image is still attached if you see the image icon, but the wording implies it is not there causing confusion. If the name of the file would still show up when you are editing an event, that would be helpful.

Some of our programs fit into multiple series and we would like functionality to be able to identify each series to enable the program to roll into a the others in this series under each series tile. For example, a program may fall into a Black History Month series and also a specific Music series. However, not all programs will fall into both of the same series.   12. We have two sessions (one at 10:30am and the other at 11:30am) of Storytime every other Tuesday. We'd like patrons to only register for one session on any given Tuesday, but have the ability to swap which session they want between weeks. We can do this by cloning a two-session event, but we'd have to create a lot of clones. If there was a way to set multiple sessions and use the recurring option, that would be great.

  13. I was testing the registration limits and see that the system does block people from registering multiple times if you have limited tickets to 1 per registration, which is good. I see a message above the red box: "Please ensure you agree to the Bookings Policy before proceeding." When I click on the link it takes me to our Privacy Policy. I do not see the connection as the block is tied to the email and name being entered not an IP address or other data. Can this be changed? We don't have a policy on registration, so it is…

  19. It would be really nice if Vega Program would prevent a patron from registering for multiple events occurring at the same time, since they cannot possibly attend more than one at a time. An alert - via email, text (when available), or pop-up that either 1) the registration cannot be completed because they are registered for another event or 2) offer to cancel their existing registration and complete the current one.

  20. Currently, no option exists to remove a created Location. It IS clearly stated when creating a Location that they cannot be deleted post creation, but there's no explanation given as to why this is, nor how one could go about deleting them--if possible at all. The Locations can obviously be made invisible to both staff & users to free them up from most areas in the system, but they still remain when reviewing the list of Locations.

    This makes things like temporary off-site locations needlessly troublesome to handle since they effectively become "dead" options that remain in the list with…
