Time in Room Calendars Should Reflect Set up and Clean Up Times
Currently, only the event time is shown in the room calendar. The set up and clean up times are not listed. We have had events, for example, that start at 5pm and end at 7pm, but that room is not available from 10am - 5pm due to setting up for a program. Staff cannot see that the room is not available until after they try to book it for their program or event. Simplify the layout for less scrolling when registering
Change the layout of the screen so that "register as a guest" shows at the same place register as a patron does. This will make it easier for patrons so they don't have to scroll down as far to register as a guest.

Brochure Layout
Please fix the brochure layout.
The library logo is being obscured by the Number of Programs found header. The margins are so narrow that when printed, text is missing. Program pics are not consistently applied. Program descriptions are incomplete, possibly leaving off critical information for the patron.

2. Missing text from a printed brochure has been resolved.
3. Pictures not being consistently applied is working as designed. An algorithm determines which images to apply based on several pieces of criteria like the number of images on the page and if the image has been used before.
4. Incomplete descriptions are also working as designed, a longer description is truncated for space.
Please feel free to create new enhancement requests for suggestions 3 and 4.

Keyword description search
Incorporate descriptions into the search parameters, so a search will find keywords in a description and not just the title/series.

Offer option to bulk edit and delete room bookings
When locating all room bookings under the same name, offer an option to bulk delete them all, or several at a time. Currently, you have to go into each booking and delete from there. Examples of when this would be helpful would be when groups decide to cancel some or all events, need to change details, or when an error is made.

Scheduling Featured Events
It would be great to be able to schedule the features to run at a certain time. If I’m setting up an event 2+ months in advance, it would be nice to schedule the feature for a certain date range, instead of having to manually add a feature and remove it (if we’re featuring it before the event ends).

Change "registration" language
There are only options for "bookings required", "bookings not required" and "bookings handled off-platform". Both "bookings not required" and "bookings handled off-platform" ultimately shows as "no registration required" to patrons. When we choose to handle bookings off-platform, we are still requiring registration and the link is inside the body of the program description. Is there a way to change the verbiage so it doesn't say "no bookings required" for handling off-platform?

Waiting List Hyperlink from Fully Booked
Looking for the "Fully Booked" blue button on an event page to be editable and also hyperlink down to the waiting list on the same page, similarly to how the "Register Now" button does this for registration. When seeing "Fully Booked," most/all customers are unaware to scroll down to find a waiting list.

Expand the Room_id API to show more information on a digital room display
We would like to view all of the upcoming reservations for a room so we can display some basic information on a display outside the room. The API will let you use the booking endpoint to pull a booking if you pass the email or barcode over but we want to parse the next couple events for a specific room id which is not possible. Patron bookings do not show in the event query endpoint because they are not events. There is no API on the rooms side to show upcoming reservations. I've included a screen shot of our current…

Add functionality to Patron Types
Allow libraries to set the default "Open to Patron Types" option for all programs, as well as allow staff to create/edit their patron type groups using their existing Patron Types from the ILS.

delete
It would be really helpful if we could delete events from Vega Program on the staff side. I know in one of the learning sessions, it was mentioned that certain facets can't be deleted because of statistics and reports.
Bare minimum hide completely from staff view. It will make internal navigation so much easier.

Allowing staff to manually move a patron from the waitlist to a spot.
Allowing staff to manually move a patron from the waitlist to a registered spot instead of having to type the information over again. Having those on the waitlist to fill in all the questions/information you are asking for a confirmed spot in a program.

colors
It would be nice to show the difference from patron booked rooms, to adult, teen and youth events on the staff side calendar. To make the calendar more visually accessible at a glance, being able to change some event types to different color would be better.

Customizable Access Level
Rather than 3 hardline Access Levels, it would be nice if the library had the ability to customize access by permission for each staff member.
A individual could be granted access to Add Events, Log Statistics, Impersonate, Room Calendar, and Approve Pending Room Bookings, but not be able to Approve Pending Events.
Instead of a drop-down, a list of permissions with a check-box each. See sample image.

Edit the Age Restriction Message for Adults
Similar to https://ideas.iii.com/forums/951976-vega-program/suggestions/47061286-make-a-special-note-about-age-restrictions-edita, the boiler plate message is not accurate for all libraries and should be editable.

Add "booking option for session" to "recur at interval"
Most of our children's programs are series programs which run for a certain number of weeks. As we have put in our winter programs we have noticed that the "booking option for session" field only appears if we use "add a new session". It does not appear when using "recur at interval". Recur at interval is a quicker way to input all the sessions, but for these programs we only want customers to register once for the entire series. Is there a way to have the "booking option for session" field appear when using "recur at interval".

Show Blocked Out Dates on the Calendar View
Patrons need an at-a-glance calendar notice when a library is closed all day for a holiday.
Staff needs an at-a-glance calendar notice of holidays and when a room has been blocked out for other reasons.
