Don't Change Last Activity Date on Bulk Waiving of Fines
Create an option on the Bulk Waive workform that indicates if you want the Last Activity Date to update with the waive. We work with a 3rd party vendor that looks to this date to track our "Active" users. When we do a mass cleanup of fines it is skewing those numbers. It also puts off the removal of these older accounts because of our settings for when to delete an inactive patron.

Allow Font Size to Adjust with Computer Accessibility Settings
I'm a librarian with an eye convergence dysfunction (one which is considered a disability under the ADA) that requires me to use accessible font both on screens and in print. The font on the Polaris client does not adjust like the rest of the programs on my computer do to meet my needs, which does cause significant eye strain and migraines. I've found that while the font on leap does increase/zoom with my computer accessibility settings, leap doesn't have all the same functionality that the Polaris client does. I'd love for Clarivate to make the Polaris client so I can…

Visual Focus Indicator Improvement
Right there there are problems with Polaris PAC not being ADA compliant due to the lack of visual focus indicators in some areas. Now that WCAG standards apply to government agencies, including libraries, this lack of accessibility leaves libraries open to lawsuits. Please fix this issue in all the templates that you provide.

Default Keyword search to accommodate long string titles with "?"
Searching for the book title "Why be happy when you could be normal?" (without quotes) returns the following error "'ERMS_ComputeRelevance08' failed because parameter 23 is not allowed to be null." in the catalog search results.
However, other catalog systems and discovery searches such as Vega (https://mdpls.na.iiivega.com), Sirsi (https://jkpl.ent.sirsi.net/system), and Koha (https://catalog.mylakelibrary.org) accommodate this search with results, without having to remove the "?" or surround string with quotes, which most patrons wouldn't know to do (we had library staff that didn't even do this by default).
This seems like a pretty basic glitch to fix…

Multiple drop ship locations for a single PO needed for vendor Playaway
Libraries will benefit from the addition of EDI vendor Playaway to enable delivery of items directly to branches instead of having them shipped centrally. Multiple drop ship locations for a single PO are just a component of a complete EDI/supported vendor setup needed by EDI vendor Playaway to work more efficiently with orders. Make Playway be a supported vendor for use with EDI. Add new Development within Polaris to be programed to send EDI files to and ingest EDI files from new vendor.

Requesting a forum session at the next IUG in Denver to discuss how we can improve our voting process? Too many high priority issues are not addressed. It seems we have voter burnout. For example, every Leap library reports problems with receipt printing. Yet the idea to fix Leap printing only has around 75 votes after one year. In another year it will be dropped. Are libraries even logging in to see what to vote on? Thanks, Mary

Reduce slowness related to bib record w/ many items and many hold requests (Improve Beta Setting: Holds: Enable asynchronous RTF threshold)
I need Leap and the Polaris client to better handle bibliographic records with many items and many hold requests.
My library has a bibliographic record with over 1,200 items attached and over 1,200 active hold requests. (Bib record: 1081932)
The item records attached to this bibliographic record have always been slow when modifying and saving one of the item records in Leap and the Polaris client.
More recently, Leap has been timing out more often when attempting to modify and save an item record on this bibliographic record.
This results in me having to update the item in the Polaris client and…1 vote
