Provide easy way to convert item level holds to bib level
We teach staff that, except in very rare cases, they should always be placing bib level holds for customers but sometimes folks make mistakes. It would be great there was a check box option in Leap to convert a customer's item level hold to a bib level hold while retaining their position in the queue. Currently, if a staffer places an item level hold in error, to fix it, they have to place a new bib level hold and then use the checkbox and arrows in the queue to move them from last position (for example, 453) to their former…

Separate Renew buttons for Expiration Date and Address Check Date
The one Renew button that renews both the Expiration Date and Address Check Date at the same time is creating an issue for us when a patron has two different dates. Two separate Renew buttons might resolve this issue.

Return ItemRecordID in responses to BibHoldingsGet
A recent change to PAPI allows for the retrieval of, and adding to, different types of records sets, including Patrons, Bibs, and Items. Adding to Patron and Bib records sets is straight forward because there are existing endpoints within PAPI that return BibRecordID and PatronRecordID numbers. This isn't the case with Item record sets because there a currently no endpoints that provide an item's RecordID. This enhancement would add the ItemRecordID to each row in the BibHoldingsGet response.

Search Item Records in Leap using Last Activity Date
It would be helpful if we could search using the Find Tool for items with a Last Activity Date. Last circulated is a search option, and Last activity is a column option to display, but I have yet found a way to use it in my search criteria.

Patron Import Process (LEAP) leveraging patron templates
The new patron import process will be a major improvement for handling student data, but it still requires significant data formatting before uploading through LEAP. It would be incredibly helpful if libraries could create their own templates to define how data is mapped to specific CSV columns, including logic for assigning patron codes or populating fields like UDFs. This kind of flexibility would greatly reduce the staff time needed to prepare files for import.

Place holds on all volumes of a series at once
For TV series that have multiple volumes, or other volumed series associated with the same Bib record, I would like it when it prompts me about which volume I would like to place a hold on, to also give me the option to place a hold on all volumes.

Make "Library Has" field manually editable.
When our library transitioned from Sierra to Polaris, our Sierra serial check-in cards could not be transitioned. We have several serials that go back decades. In order to make the "Library Has" field display correctly in Vega, I currently create a publication pattern that begins with the earliest issue. I can then either extrapolate check-in boxes and check in every single back issue (which is a huge pain in Leap, because issues can only be checked in one at a time), or I can skip to the most recent issue received after the transition. This works well in Vega, but…

Expand Menu Options for My Account on Mobile Devices
Under the top level of the My Account tab on desktop, you see more information than you do under the top level of the My Account tab on mobile.
See attached screenshots.
I would like to see the same info on both.
Thanks.

Auto suggest volumes while adding items to a bib record
When creating a new item record on a bib, it would be wonderful if while typing in the volume field, Leap automatically suggested volumes from other items attached to that particular bib. This would help ensure standardization of how the volume is entered on each item record (eg. V.1 vs V. 1 vs. V.01) while also allowing the libraries to add a new volume number for volumes 2, 3, etc. since it would suggest while typing rather than changing the volume field to be a drop down menu of pre-defined options.

The ability to check in multiple issues in Leap Serials
In Leap Serials, the ability to select multiple issues and then click check in is needed for large libraries to use Leap Serials, exclusively. The workflow of selecting each individual issue and then clicking check in is slow and tedious.

Add support for a patron's preferred pickup area in Polaris
Polaris supports a preferred pickup branch for patrons. This request is to extend that support to allow the patron to set a preferred pickup area.
Many patrons prefer to 100% always use a particular pickup area, for example outside lockers. So, they shouldn't have to select that area everytime they make a request.
This would allow them to set their own preferred pickup area the way they can set a preferred pickup branch. This preferred pickup area should also be used when the staff bulk places a title on hold for a batch of patrons, again the same way the…

LEAP Weeding Workflow Not Found function
When we create a weeding record set, before sending it to the approval dashboard for review, we'd like to have a way to mark items in the set as "not found" or some other indication that the item is not on the shelf. Right now we can update items individually to another status (missing for example) or remove them from the record set. We would like the ability streamline this and mark the item directly in the weeding record set.
This is similar to these ideas: https://ideas.iii.com/forums/951742-ils-polaris/suggestions/48218423-weeding-record-sets-need-to-have-picklist-function

Expired patron transition
We would like Polaris to transition expired patrons to Deleted after a specified time frame. (Such patrons would of course need to have no lost items or checkouts.) We envision this working like Lost Item Transition and the Missing Item Transition. Ideally, we could also set a fine threshold to only delete those expired patrons with less than a certain amount of fines on their cards.
Adding this feature would allow a library to automatically remove expired patrons and allow for a more streamline process for deleting the ones they wanted.

Parse distributed and header taxes
Some locations need to apply both a distributed tax and a header tax to invoices (in Canada a PST and a GST). Currently, Polaris adds the percentage from the distributed tax to the header tax, so the total is higher than it should be. Libraries can work around this by reducing the header amount by the percentage of the distributed amount, but this is a fiddly process and sometimes results in rounding errors.
We would like to see Polaris parse the calculation of the header tax charge, so it no longer includes the distributed tax amount. Polaris should also round…

Ability to view Bib circulations (Statistics) by year complete history, rather than just YTD & Previous Year
Being able to see a more complete circulation statistics for the lifetime of a title gives selection staff a more complete picture of the use of a title, in order to make better decisions about purchasing future titles by an author or in a series.

Move Leap timeout setting to SA
We would like to be able to adjust the timeout in Leap after inactivity ourselves. Currently, we have to contact support to do this after each upgrade, since it resets itself. If the setting was in SA, we could reset it ourselves after each upgrade.

Restrict hold pickup areas by material type
Allow each library to specify specific material types(?) to not be allowed to be picked up in certain pickup areas. Example would be a wi-fi hotspot not being allowed to be picked up in a locker.
