I would like to upload images for an item record. We are attempting to build our Library of Things and these items don't have photos tied to the item record.

Prevent update of patron code for patrons in collection (Susan Millwater)
Since you can exclude patron codes that are submitted to collections, you shouldn't be allowed to update the patron code for a patron in collection. We've found that any updates to fines and fees will not be sent to collection management (UMS) and the collection block will not be removed for a patron in collection if they now have a patron code that is excluded from collection.

(SMS - Cirriusimpact/third-party SMS) Flag patron account within Polaris when patron "opts out"
Reviewing the process of integrating Cirriusimpact at our library, we've encountered a notable issue: patrons opting out of text messaging and staff needing to adjust their notifications accordingly. Currently, we're relying on CGS to send daily email alerts when someone opts out, but it would be more convenient to add a non-blocking note to the Polaris account visible to all staff. This would ensure everyone is aware of a patron's preference change and simplify the search for patrons with similar notification settings.

Provide method to recover info associated with a cleared INN-Reach request
It would be great if there was a way to at least see which library an accidentally cancelled INN-Reach item was going out to. Occasionally, staff inadvertently click No to keeping an INN-Reach customer on hold for an item instead of clicking Yes. This happened today during request list clean up away from the physical item. We'd like to contact the requesting library so they can replace the hold for their customer but, with the request completely gone,we cannot access that info. All libraries would benefit if LEAP used address verification check, when feature is enabled in Polaris Client on the LEAP web app.

Material loan limit by pickup branch
We have a Bookmobile service that is setup as it's own branch as well as a holds pickup location. With the limited capacity of this "pickup location", we are trying to restrict the material type loan limit block by location instead of by branch association.
It would help to have some sort of Policy Table that does Material Type Loan Limit by Branch Pickup Location.

Add Abdo Publisher as an EDI vendor.
Adding smaller vendors allows us to receive better discounts when we can order direct.

Allow method to add a message and web links to the LEAP 6.7+ Login page
With the change from ASPX to JSON in Leap 6.7 there is no longer any way to add a message or links to the Leap Login page. Previously we would add links to our ADSelfService so Users could update their expired AD password or unlock their account. It would also be nice to be able to post a message if there are planned events that Users might need to know.

shelf-location output option, simplyreports
We currently run our lost and not paid reports under Patron Account > Patron Account List Reports in SimplyReports. Because shelf-location is not an output option, we manually enter it for each item in order for our shelvers to more easily complete shelf-checks. Can "shelf-location" be added as a report output option?

Limit patron initiated INN-Reach holds at point of placement
Currently Polaris "Patron Loan Limits --Total Holds or Total ILL" value is not checked at point of INN-Reach webpac hold placement. This means Polaris users can place limitless INN-Reach holds which wastes staff time and courier resources. Please develop Polaris/INN-Reach connector to block further patron initiated INN-Reach holds once total holds and/or total ILL value is reached.

Please add an API integration to Interware to accept online payment.
Right now we can only take online payments with PayPal. Our jurisdiction wants to use Interware. Please consider adding that API. Details attached.
