  1. In the brochure, the "Get In Touch" section always displays the main library name and phone number. If you choose just one library location and generate the events for that location, it still gives you the general phone number. It would be great to show the phone number of the branch/branches that were filtered.

  3. We'd like to see an option to categorize rooms to help with filtering them or hiding them. For example, we have both public access rooms and staff-only rooms. However, not all staff can book the staff-only rooms, as they are only responsible for making public bookings. By categorizing the rooms, we'd hope to see all rooms of a certain category together and be able to collapse categories in the list view. Even further, it would be great to be able to hide categories from staff that are unneccesary to them and clutter their view.

  4. We'd love the option to edit patron information on bookings that have already concluded. Because patrons don't have to enter their full names when utilizing the guest booking feature, it would help us to be able to add that information retrospectively in order to better facilitate approvals for future use.

  5. Staff entering multiple room bookings are required to answer custom questions for each submission. If there was a way to turn off the custom questions somehow on the staff side to make inputing multiple bookings quicker and easier for staff.

  7. We have staff that would like to be alerted when an event has no registration spots remaining–event is full. It allows staff to determine if additional spots can be added, sometimes by a change of location or meeting space. An email alert to the event contact would be a great heads up without staff having to self monitor the registration list. (Especially with decentralized programming efforts (virtual and in-person) occurring for numerous programs a month.

  9. When someone applies for a library card, the ILS provides patrons a temporary library card number beginning with "PACREG." When a patron uses this temporary number to reserve a meeting room, there is no way for staff to update the library card number attached to a reservation. It is a read only field (which is opposite in event registrations.) The ILS communication is one way, pulling name data into VP. Is it possible for the library card numbers to somehow automatically update when a permanent card number is assigned? If not, is it possible to make this field editable for…

  10. To best serve our patrons, we offer that they can book the rooms over the phone with a staff member. To best serve our staff, they do not have to approve every request that comes in; they can simply submit it, and an appropriate staff member will review and approve/reject the request.

  12. Right now the location that displays first on the landing page is the one that is first in alphabetical order. For us this is a partner location that we only occasionally host events with. We would like to be able to wait the list to have our library location display first.

  14. If a room has a 24 hr booking lead time, block out or grey out the room availability on the public calendar. Right now, patrons aren't notified there is a 24 hour minimum for booking a room until they have answered all the questions to book the room and press submit. This would visually show the room is not able to be booked.

  15. It would be nice to have some type of custom question branching logic. One example would be a custom question like " Will you be serving refreshments? Yes/No" and if they select yes, display a second custom question like "What type of refreshments?"

  16. Implement a test checkbox which prevents that event's data from being used on the stats pages. For use when testing events and logging stats and you don't want those test stats to be included in your real stats as it will skew the data.

  19. Hi Team,

    We are expecting the discount vouchers module to help booking the tickets with the discount. Currently we are booking the ticket with amount and using that value during the refund. That parameter in the api is not accepting lesser value than the price of the ticket.

  20. Our library policy states that serial no-shows may have their reservation privileges revoked. We would like an automated system to notify our staff to track repeat offenders. For example, after three no-show cancellations (as per the Openpath Integration that cancels room bookings if the room is not accessed within 15 minutes), a notification would be sent to our service desk to flag the patron. This would result in staff manually assigning a new patron code that blocks them from making further automated room bookings.
