  2. Acquisitions - need the ability to limit/filter search to Fiscal Year of Suppliers for Invoices or Purchase Orders. Currently, if we look at a Suppliers order history, or invoices, we see everything since we migrated to Polaris.
    Sometimes, we need to see how much we are spending with a specific vendor and/or need to see an on-order list with a supplier.

  4. It would be great if there was a way to at least see which library an accidentally cancelled INN-Reach item was going out to. Occasionally, staff inadvertently click No to keeping an INN-Reach customer on hold for an item instead of clicking Yes. This happened today during request list clean up away from the physical item. We'd like to contact the requesting library so they can replace the hold for their customer but, with the request completely gone,we cannot access that info.   5. Please add a drop-down box for the profile section of registration. There is a drop-down box for the address section labeled term but there is not one for the profile section. It makes it easier for staff to choose the correct date. In the Polaris toolbar, there is a drop-down box for patron info and address.

  6. It would be helpful to have an indicator for if a patron has circulation blocks in the response of the AuthenticatePatron API endpoint. This would allow vendors and custom integrations to determine if a patron should be allowed access to a system based on if they are allowed to checkout items without having to do an additional API call.

  7. The Collection Agency Report currently includes a field for RtrndMaterial.

    Apparently whoever designed the report defined this field as "Value of material returned. (RetndMaterial)...The value is the sum of all replacement charges for lost or billed items that were originally charged by the reporting organization and that have been waived."

    In other words, if your staff waives replacement charges, that gets reported to the Collection Agency as returned material, even though no material was returned and the library has gained nothing. This paints an unrealistic picture of the results of your collection efforts and allows the collection agency to suggest…

  8. In our previous ILS, on the patron's checked out items list, we could see the date of when the item had been checked out as well as the due dates. I know that staff can go into the item record to see who, where and when it was checked out, but it would be nice to be able to see what all was dealt with at the same time.

Working with the weeding-type record set workflow in an attempt to streamline, we have found the absence of an option to create a Bib record set from the available actions takes us a rhetorical two steps back from before (when we weeded via item record sets). Once the items have been withdrawn, we now have to go through each withdrawn item's record to their respective bibs, to uncheck "Display in PAC". It would be nice to add a "Display in PAC" uncheck in the Weeding template creation - however, it would need an added function to alert staff of bibs…
